Career Information
Careers education and guidance at The Bridge is is provided by Hampshire Futures, the Careers service for Hampshire County Council. Hampshire Futures work with pupils to the standards set for careers education and guidance.

Our Careers guidance includes links with employers from industry and integrate careers education throughout the curriculum and your studies to help you see what options are open to you in the world of work and how to get to where you want to go to.
The careers curriculum includes themed careers days, C.V. workshops, mock interviews and 1:1 careers support. We encourage our students to take part in work experience to give you an insight into the world of work and the opportunities that can be available to them.
As you approach your final year in school with us we will explore all options in further and higher education including college courses, T-Levels, apprenticeships and traineeships and possible pathways into your preferred area of employment.

Post 16 Routes
There are many routes you can take when you finish your GCSE's depending on where you want to go in your career. T-Levels, Further Education, A Levels and Apprenticeships will all involve attending some form of college education, To see what courses are on offer in your area, search the National Careers Service Website for both online and classroom courses in your area or take a look at the South Hampshire College Group website for all courses available at the college within South Hampshire.
